Sanddrick Bauer, MSN, FNP-BC

Sanddrick Bauer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner based in McKinney, Texas, with over 16 years of nursing experience spanning hospital, corporate, and ambulatory clinic settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Sanddrick is passionate about delivering culturally competent, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Her clinical expertise includes women’s health, primary care, preventative health, and urgent care. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated excellence in patient advocacy, care coordination, and evidence-based practice, consistently ensuring high-quality outcomes for diverse patient populations.

She currently practices at UT Southwestern’s Lowe Foundation Center for Women’s Preventative Health Care, where she provides comprehensive services including wellness exams, chronic condition management, patient education, and post-operative care. Previously, Sanddrick held leadership roles in occupational and corporate health, managing clinical operations and promoting workplace wellness for major organizations including JPMorgan Chase and Citi Bank Group.

A recipient of multiple performance recognitions, Sanddrick is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Texas Nurses Association, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in BLS, ACLS, and as a Certified Health Coach (CHC).

Family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive and professional medical care for adults, seniors, women, and children. Services cover timely diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses, as well as long-term management and health maintenance of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory disorders.

He emphasizes the creation of individualized treatment plans, offering ongoing support through regular follow-ups, health education, and preventive care. Whether for daily health needs or long-term disease management, we combine professionalism and compassion to help patients improve their quality of life and maintain optimal health.
